Book Family Farm is a natural care facility. This is important to know before choosing your boarding stable. Most stables are traditional care which means horses are stalled, feed twice a day and blanketed quickly. Here we do not do any of those things. Why?
The "natural care idea" is the understanding of what horses need, instead of what people need.
Humans feel the "need" to take care of an animal that has been around since the beginning of time. It's a fact that it's us humans dabbling into their care that causes millions of health related problems each year.
Our horses run in a herd in a large pasture with large run in sheds available.
